The role:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Marketing Manager Consultant who is passionate about promoting and positioning product and solution offers. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out messaging that promotes the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Manage Evocative’s solution marketing strategy, campaigns, content creation and delivery.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and needs, work with product leads and sales teams to identify and understand solution gaps to create solution positioning and messaging.
Analyze competitive and market landscape, create solutions marketing plans based on understanding of target customer personas, industry, and competition.
Work with product leads to create buy-in for the solution portfolio vision both internally and with key external partners and customers.
Work with partners to effectively position our mutual solution offers and execute joint GTM projects.
Work with product management teams to develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into “packaged” solution offers.
Create thought leadership, blog content and regular positioning for customer and social outreach.
Coordinate ongoing solution GTM activities and evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with portfolio strategy.
Act as a solution evangelist to build internal and external awareness
Represent the company by meeting with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in solutions or product marketing.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product or solution portfolio marketing
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in cloud, colocation, and network technology.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to plan and execute projects
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5-7 years of experience in IT services, infrastructure management, or IT consulting industry
MS/BS degree in marketing or communications with technology emphasis preferred
